We have a database of tried and trusted tradespeople whom we can call upon to tackle most property management issues. Equally, we are happy to use any nominated trades people that you have. It is important to ensure that any required maintenance is dealt with properly, being mindful of any legal restrictions of the Landlord and Tenant Act – in particular consultation required with leaseholders under Section 20 of the Act. We will guide directors through this specialised legal process.
