We provide a 24 / 7 emergency response service. Tenants are able to speak to a member of our staff at any time of the day or night to report urgent breakdowns or water leaks. Our staff are trained to minimise expensive out of hours callouts.

Camel have a database of tried and trusted tradespeople whom we can call upon to tackle property management issues. Equally, we are happy to use any nominated tradespeople that you may prefer to use. Competitive quotations are obtained where appropriate and landlords are able to have full involvement in the selection process if they so wish.
